Here’s everything you need to know before your first class

STEP 1 — DOWNLOAD OUR BOOKINGS APP “MOMENCE”

This is where all your:
• class bookings
• changes & cancellations to a class
• trainer communication & inbox
• memberships & passes purchases

can all be managed super easily in one place.

Simply Download the right app for your phone from the bottom of this page, create an account and you are ready to book!

STEP 2 — BOOK YOUR CLASSES

If you’re just getting started, we recommend booking 2–3 classes per week to help build consistency & routine

We have 3 styles of Reformer classes STRETCH | STRENGTHEN | SWEAT. A great option is to start with the “beginner friendly STRENGTHEN” class for day 1.

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your class details.

WHAT TO BRING

• Comfy workout clothes
• Pilates Grip socks
• Water bottle
• Small towel

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to your first class so your coach can welcome you properly & help with any adjustments needed.

You can place your belongings in the designated cubbies before class.

Then simply choose any free reformer & your trainer will guide you through everything step by step, no experience needed. This is your chance to chat to the coach and get to know the other members you will be in class with & get a quick guide of the equipment before the session begins.
